We offer a "Easy or No Docs Program" for borrower(s) who do not need to show any income or employment verifiaction. The requirement for this program, the borrower(s) have to meet the followings:
QUALIFICATION " NO DOCS" PROGRAM:
- Credit reports CHECK W/ LENDERS, but most required fico score at least 670
- Bank Statements(most recent THREE months on checking, savings, and other applicable account
- Down Payment 20% or LTV = 80%
