QUALIFICATION FOR STATED INCOME (SIVA) ”:
- Credit reports CHECK W/ LENDERS, but most required fico score at least 640
- Verification of employment (No need to show income)
- IF SELF EMPLOYED, OK
- 10% Down payment required or LTV has to be 90%
